Our cylinder head shop uses the most modern machinery & techniques available today for the remanufacturing of our cylinder heads. 

Every reman head that we produce is completly stripped, cleaned & thoroughly inspected.  We use pressure testing & magnetic particle inspection for crack detection.  Valve seats & guides are machined with Serdi seat & guide equipment only.  All of our heads are vacuum tested to insure proper valve seating and when applicable, all injector tubes are replaced.
